The Pacific Scandal was originally a free bonus disc with The Dark World LP by Dark Tower. It is a collection of re-worked Dark Tower instrumentals, re-worked unused intrumental tracks and a few new tracks especially made for this album.

Although it was originally a bonus disc, it stands alone as a strong and interesting album.
